Dr. Goutam Chatterjee, BE, M.Tech. Microelectronics & VLSI. (IIT, Kharagpur), Ph.D(MANIT, Bhopal) Dr. Chatterjee is a renowned Educationist. He is Fellow and life time member of Institute of Engineers (FIE) and Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers (FIETE). He is alumina of 50th staff course at DSSC, Wellington. During his years with IAF, he worked in SAM-III squadrons, Mirage-2000 aircraft, BRD, EW unit and Signal Squadron. He took premature retirement as Wing Commander in April 2005 in spite of getting selection grade promotion orders for the post of Group Captain. He was trained on laser designator at Israel and on surveillance radar at Italy. He has executed many innovated technical projects as deputy general manager of AEM Pvt Ltd. He has served as Vice-Principle and Head EC at Institutes like GRKIST, Jabalpur, GLAITM, Mathura and TCT Bhopal before joining as Director of Oriental Group of Engineering Colleges, Jabalpur. Now his first book has been published by LAP publisher Germany by the title of An Alert System for Real Time Monitoring of Fighter Plane Pilots.

Trinity is one of the best Engineering Colleges in MP.Approved post 2008, that I have seen. I have joined this institute with one objective i.e to make the best possible career for the students of Trinity, with the help of qualified teachers and a willing management. The best should be utilized to produce the best. I want to have the effective schedules, useful sessions and the compact delivery mechanism to give holistic development to the students. An institute cannot be complete unless it creates environment and provides stage for all round development of students. Towards that, I plan to have international seminars; industry interface, case studies, expert talks, cultural programs and sporting events. We want to produce the technocrats who seamlessly merge into the industrial and corporate environment to face the challenges of the globalization with ease and comfort. My endeavor is to facilitate interdisciplinary research that would support students in meeting the technological advancement and innovative approach. Besides, I am committed along with my management to produce technocrats who are also humane in approach and conduct.
